 At KamMela we value your privacy. We know how important it is to keep your personal data

safe. Hence, we are committed to making sure that your privacy is protected when you become

KamMela user. It is important for us that we respect your privacy in what we do and to make

sure that you are always clear about how your personal information is used.

KamMela is a trading name of MANGAWA NEPAL PVT. LTD. Kathmandu – 06 , Mahankal, Nepal.

What personal data we collect

We only collect the information about you that is required to use our services by you. We

currently collect and process the following information, but not limited to: name and

surname, date of birth, gender, photograph, address , telephone number, email address,

qualifications, skills , experience, national documents required for registration such as

citizenship or national identity card, reviews, feedback and communication records

such as messages and chats related to our service.

We also collect the technical data for our system improvement and performance,

which includes but not limited to : IP address, access time, page views, frequency of

visiting our website and use of the platform, clicks, location data, services that you have

availed, usage data and limited transaction data.

You are under no obligation to provide the data that we require by law or to provide our

services under the terms of the user agreement or you may fail to provide the data when

requested. In this case, we may not be able to provide you with the services, cancel your

registration or limit your access to the services.

How do we collect the data

Most of our data is provided by you directly while registering your account on our

platform. In some instances, we may also obtain your personal data through other

channels such as Google surveys and marketing agencies. The data is obtained with

your consent and if it is under a contract with a third - party agent, the agent will have

obtained consent to share the information with us.

What do we do with the information

We use the information to assess your suitability to use our services, enable you to use

the services or when required by the law.

We do not transfer your data outside Nepal. Should such a transfer become necessary,

we will use the existing international safeguarding mechanism for restricted transfers.

Data sharing

We work with other third-party partners to ensure the system functions. We may share your some information with them. We will only share the required information for the following

purposes:

i) Iconsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Nepal (Iconsoft), who provides the technology

platform used to manage the services.

ii) Amazon Web Services ( AWS), cloud service provider for storage and database.

iii) Khalti Private Limted Nepal (Khalti) , payment service provider for the process of

transactions

iv) Janaki Technology Pvt. Ltd Nepal ( Sparrow) , OTP service provider for creating,

logging and verifying a user.

How we store the information

We have put in place technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your

personal information. All information you provide is securely stored and backed up.

Unauthorised access is restricted with password protection, email verification and data

encryption. We retain the data to enable you to use the services. You can ask for your data to be

removed at any time.

Your data protection rights:

• Your right of access: You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information

• Your right of rectification: You have the right to ask us to correct information that is

inaccurate about you

• Your right to ensure: You have the right to ask to erase your personal information in

certain circumstances. We maintain the user policy, we will inform you if we are not able

to carry out deletion.

• Your right to process the data : You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of

your information in certain circumstances.

• Your right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw consent for the
